I will not be returning to this location. I was happy someone offered to clean my ring. While the Miss was cleaning my ring she asked what I was looking for. Told her that my fiancé and I were looking for men’s ring. She told me where they were located at and there was a couple looking at them. As my fiancé and I waited, another gentleman came in looking for men’s ring too. We were waiting until the couple were done looking at them before us but when they were done, the sales associate just left and came back to help the gentleman that came in after my fiancé and I. She saw my fiancé and I waiting next to the men’s ring the entire time while the couple before us were trying on rings.
Because I have insurance on my jewelry and they kept it for 3 1/2 weeks & I pick it up n a hurry just put it n my purse & got home & it wasn't fix & they the ones that lost my diamond out of my earring during cleaning I've brought it back 3 times I need gas money now for the fault now I'm on my way again I don't want them to keep it I need my earring to be fix asap while I'm there I went to oak view Mall I'm tried OK Wat should I do
Ashley at helzberg outlets is absolutely wonderful! She worked her butt off to help me find a perfect ring. After the first ring didn't size right she found one I was even more in love with! I would recommend her to anyone whose looking to have the best experience!
Service was great until they sent papers about the ring to my house after telling me they would not for 30 to 45 days. They came in a week and lone and behold guess who seen them as I was out of town working for the week. Not much of a surprise now.... Thanks Helzberg for your 101 years of "professional service".
