Since this place opened my wife has disliked it. Why you ask?? Well I will tell you!! I spend so much damn money in here! There are amazingly great deals on Oakleys here! I have bought 5 pairs for me 3 for my son and 4 for my wife! Not to mention the endless accessories I now own!! The service is also exceptionally great here too.
They were a great help in getting a pair of glasses not available to the general public. Found the model I needed and referred me to the online options. Staff appear to enjoy their job.
Took the pair of sunglasses I bought back because they I couldn't get my prescription in them and they said the could only give me 20% back because they had scratches on them the only place they had been was the box and the place I get my glasses...Just felt like they are a bit posh. Made me feel like they don't want my business in the future...
Terrible customer service. I was in the store for several minutes before anyone acknowledge me and I was the only person in there.
Nick did a great job helping my wife and I find the perfect sunglasses. He was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The store was clean and there were a lot of great options, was glad to have Nick help identify which pair were the best for us.
